RUSSIA HAS REDUCED IMPORTS OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS FROM KAZAKHSTAN

In January-September this year, Russia reduced imports of petroleum products from Kazakhstan by 1.5 times compared to the same period last year - to $46.2 million, RIA Novosti calculated according to the Kazakh statistics service.
In September, Russia purchased oil products from Kazakhstan worth $5.1 million.
The largest purchasers of Kazakh petroleum products in January-September this year were the Netherlands ($355.4 million), Turkey ($103.6 million) and Kyrgyzstan ($49.2 million). Russia became the fourth. The top five is completed by Uzbekistan ($43.3 million).
In addition, Moscow has almost halved its oil purchases from Astana this year to $5.8 million. However, fuel oil supplies have almost doubled to $775,000, and diesel has increased 1.7 times to $3.9 million.
Russia also purchased natural gas and condensates from its neighbor. Gas purchases fell 2.5 times to $57.3 million, and condensate purchases fell 1.9 times to $5.8 million.
